Will you be photographing our wedding or will it be someone else?

Because weddings are booked in advance and photographers move around
(and change careers) like everyone else these days, it's not unusual for a
photographer to move on by the time your wedding day rolls around if you're
dealing with a large studio.

People ask me how they can take better photos. The answer is simple – get closer.  
To quote photojournalist Robert Capa , “If your pictures aren't good enough, then you're not close enough.”

Margaritas for Marge Raises $ at the Susan G. Komen Run/Walk in Chicago

For the third year the Margaritas for Marge team gathered on Chicago's lakefront in a sea of pink to raise money to find a cure. Even the bad weather couldn't keep us from doing our thing.

This is my first blog.

How do you like it so far?

Since everyone in the world seems to be blogging you would think this would be easy, but it's tougher than it looks. Try it yourself if you don't believe me. If you are blogging already you have my respect. Hopefully I'll be posting and tagging, whatever that is like mad before I know it.
